SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
I ship USPS First Class Mail Insured 2-5 day service for items under $300 and USPS Priority Class Insured 2-3 day service for items $300 and over.
I ship International First Class Airmail Insured 7-14 days on all items. Although I do my best to get your international order to you quickly, custom items have their own timelines ranging from 1 - 6 weeks. Please note that in order to insure your item for the full amount, I must declare the full value of the item. I am not responsible for duty tax charged by your country so please check this out on your end if you have any concerns.
I'm happy to upgrade your shipping to express for domestic packages. If interested, just let me know and I can send you an updated invoice.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
I will do everything I can to work with you on locating the your package. It is very rare for a package to go completely missing. To date I had only one come up to what I thought was completely missing only to hear that it arrived 2 months later. I do include insurance for most items as I feel neither of us should be out any money because of faulty shipping. In the case of an item not being found, a waiting period of 45 days is required before filing for insurance, so immediate replacement of the item might not be available. If you have any concerns, please contact me so we can work out the details.
Refunds and Exchanges
I view each piece of jewelry that I make as a gift and a little piece of art. This is why I use the highest quality materials and take my time on each and every project. If a piece of jewelry does not meet your expectations please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. Returns are still done on a case by case basis, but in most cases I am happy to exchange or refund your purchase minus shipping if it shipped back to me in it's original condition and unworn. Custom/special orders, international and "sale" items are not returnable.
RINGS AND CUSTOM PIECES
Please make sure you know your ring size prior to purchase. If your ring does not fit, I often must remake the ring. There will be a $30 charge for remakes of rings that are not ooak or custom and are within average ring sizes (6-9). If a ring is a ooak or a custom ring, there is no guarantee that I can make another. If I am able to remove a stone and remake the piece, much of original finished piece is destroyed in the process. This can get costly for both of us depending on the materials used and time spent making the piece. Please contact me immediately upon receipt of purchase if you find your ooak or custom ring does not fit properly.
A custom order can be a truly ooak piece that we design together or as simple as an alteration to current design I have in my shop. I will work with you closely on custom pieces to assure that you are happy with your design. Often this involves a process of emails and pictures of the piece as it comes together. Once the design is approved and shipped, custom orders are not returnable unless there is a product defect.

I am a recycling junkie! I purchase all of my gold 100% recycled through Hoover & Strong manufacture here in the US.
All of my diamonds are conflict free and are purchased within the US from suppliers known to comply with the Kimberley Process.
