All I received was an empty envelope in the mail because the package opened and the item was lost during shipping. I contacted the shop and their policy is they are not responsible for lost packages. The only resolution I was offered was a discount if I wanted to try to buy them again and have them shipped. Not the way I would have preferred to be dealt with. I won't be ordering from them again.

All my feedbacks are every time good and my customers are pleased with my products. your feedback made me unhappy. I can only say again we are not responsible for lost packages. I had sent your item and this is proved. I always follow the etsy rules.

The shipping to United States usually takes 15-30 days.
The shipping to Canada usually takes 10-18 days.
The shipping to Europe usually takes about 7-10 days.
The shipping to Australia usually takes 12-16 days.
If there is a postal holiday, an additional day may be required.
In the case of a custom order, we will negotiate shipment date at the time of order.
