All I received was an empty envelope in the mail because the package opened and the item was lost during shipping. I contacted the shop and their policy is they are not responsible for lost packages. The only resolution I was offered was a discount if I wanted to try to buy them again and have them shipped. Not the way I would have preferred to be dealt with. I won't be ordering from them again.

All my feedbacks are every time good and my customers are pleased with my products. your feedback made me unhappy. I can only say again we are not responsible for lost packages. I had sent your item and this is proved. I always follow the etsy rules.

Until they get their licence to operate in Turkey, we will offer you another secure payment gateway, GoShopier. Shipping
I will ship your item usually within 2 business days of payment. Your item will be shipped via registered airmail. (that means providing a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel during it`s delivery).

The shipping to United States usually takes 15-30 days.
The shipping to Canada usually takes 10-18 days.
The shipping to Europe usually takes about 7-10 days.
The shipping to Australia usually takes 12-16 days.


If there is a postal holiday, an additional day may be required.

In the case of a custom order, we will negotiate shipment date at the time of order.

I would be happy to ship by another method if you would prefer. You will need to contact me via Etsy conversation or e-mail to bloomedflower[!at] gmail.com, and I will send you a revised paypal invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges
