What is a Bloomie?
A Bloomie is a tiny ceramic buddy, lovingly handmade to bring smiles, calm, and joy. Some wear flower crowns, some give hugs - all are unique little characters made to brighten your day!
What size are Bloomies?
Each Bloomie is handmade and varies slightly, but most range from 5cm to 10cm tall. Sizes may differ a little between styles - for example, Worry Bloomies are often smaller than Hug Bloomies.
Are all Bloomies the same?
Nope! That’s the beauty of handmade. Each Bloomie is one of a kind - expect small differences in size, glaze, shape, flowers (if included), and facial expression. These little variations are part of their charm and make your Bloomie truly yours.
Will my Bloomie look exactly like the photo?
Each Bloomie is unique, with slight differences in colour, shape, and finish due to their handmade nature. Please keep in mind that electronic screens can also cause colours to appear slightly different than they are in person.
Are Bloomies handmade?
Yes! Every Bloomie is lovingly made by hand in Melbourne, Australia - shaped, glazed, and painted with care. No molds, no mass production - just good old-fashioned creative joy.
What are Bloomies made from?
Bloomies are made from ceramic clay and finished with underglaze or glaze. Some include delicate preserved flowers or painted details. Each piece is kiln fired for strength and durability.
How should I care for my Bloomie?
While Bloomies are built to last, they do like a little TLC:
• Keep in a safe, dry place
• Avoid direct sunlight and high heat
• Do not soak in water or expose to moisture
• Gently wipe with a soft cloth if needed
• Preserved flowers (if included) are delicate and decorative only
• Not suitable as toys or for children under 3
