Returns and exchanges
Lost packages: I have shipped many hundreds of packages with very few package loss incidents. In the rare event that your package goes missing, please note that before I replace or refund you will need to file a claim with the US Postal Service and in the event of a damaged package, photographic proof will be required.

Shipping
Rush orders are available for an additional charge of $15.00 and are shipped in
3-5 days. Please message me with your order and I will set up a custom a custom listing for you.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped. This email will include a tracking number so you will be able to track your package at www.usps.com.
All domestic orders are shipped Priority Mail USPS with the exception of hair accessories and baby shoes which are shipped First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.
I cannot guarantee the arrival time of any item and will not be held liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods when the delay is caused by freight handling. The only way to guarantee a shipping date is to have your order shipped via USPS Express Mail. If you are interested, please let me know and I will set up a custom listing for the upgraded shipping.
***International Customers:
Shipping charges do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by us, or the shipping carrier. Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your country's customs for details terms and/or regulations for incoming shipments from an international country.
We ship all our International orders via USPS First Class International Mail. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for our international shipments once your package leaves the United States.
