Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal only, and is expected at time of transaction. I will ship your order once I have received payment. All orders not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled.

If you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as humanly possible. If a package is already shipped and a cancellation is made after that point, shipping costs to send it back will be the buyers responsibility and the refund will not be given until the purchase is sent back to me. If I do not receive it, you will not receive a refund. It is a good idea to purchase shipping confirmation(which is included with all U.S. orders unless you state you do not want it) so we both know where the package is and whether or not it has been missent or lost.
Shipping
***Please make sure the mailing address on your PayPal account is current as this is the address I will be mailing your package to.

***If your address is incorrect, please let me know in the "notes to seller" box which address you want me to mail your package to. If you do not confirm your address, I will ship your order to the address PayPal has on file. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover additional expenses for returned packages.

**Take note that shipping cost includes the actual cost of shipping PLUS handling & materials, so please don't be alarmed if the postage on the envelope is less than what you paid.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of completed payment. Please allow extra time if you place your order on a weekend or before a holiday.

All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Delivery confirmation (Tracking) is included with all U.S. orders. This ensures that we both know where your package is in all stages of transit and whether or not it has been missent or lost. If you prefer not to have delivery confirmation, let me know before check out and I will adjust the shipping cost.

If your order is to be shipped internationally, you will receive a customs declaration number.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once the package ships it becomes US Government property and it is the responsibility of the USPS to deliver. Please contact USPS if you have a lost, stolen or damaged package.
Refunds and Exchanges
**Damaged, Exchange and Refund Matters :

If you receive a damaged item that is clearly not the direct result of a damaged package from transit and wish to return or exchange your order, please contact me within 3 days. If I have not heard from you after that period, I will assume you are happy with your purchase.

**Exchange and Refund Return Policies:

Please contact me BEFORE you send anything back. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you are not happy, I will gladly exchange your purchase or refund your money. In both instances, the item/s must be returned to me within 10 business days of communication and in the same condition and packaging you received them in. It must be packaged with the same care it was sent to you in. If the items get damaged on their way to me, you will not receive a refund or be able to make an exchange.

**Shipping charges from your initial order are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for all shipping charges on your end when sending an order back to me.

Only after I receive your package will I issue a refund or send out the exchange item. If it does not arrive or is altered or damaged, a refund or exchange will not be issued.

**It is an extremely good idea to purchase delivery confirmation so we both know where the package is and whether or not it has been missent or lost. Confirmation is included in the noted shipping and handling fee, unless I am contacted to remove it.
