Do I have Coupon Codes and how do I use them?
Please watch for sales in our shop featuring special holidays or events. Thank you for stopping by.
Will I receive my purchase by mail?
No, I only sell digital designs, nothing is shipped you will not receive anything by mail. Everything is digital and you will have to print this yourself or you can take it to your printer or office supply to be printed.
What paper prints digital designs the best?
If you are doing photos your good quality photo paper is always a right choice. If you want a great quality image for digital cards or scrapbook papers your paper is just as important. Sometimes regular card stock will not give you a good clear image as you view it on your monitor and this can be really frustrating. The paper I use is Red River Paper. I use their 60lb Premium Matte Plus and it does print out extra well. They have all varieties of paper from fine art to cards stock. They also have great advise on the right choice of paper to use. I would suggest to not be afraid of the 'shipping cost' it is worth it in the long run if you want a nice project. If you want to check them out click on this link: http://www.redriverpaper.com/
What if I am having trouble with the zip files?
Sometimes those zip files can be frustrating! Guess we have all had that at some time or other especially if you are trying to get them loaded to your iPhone or iPad. You can always check with 'google' and watch a video on this subject. Another way would be to go to a local library and use the access to their computers. Etsy will be sending an email with your order, sign in to your own email and open the files and then send them to your iPhone or iPad and there you should have them on your device. If all this fails then you are always welcome to contact me for other help.
Using fabric transfer paper.
You can use fabric transfer paper with digital clip-art. I have used Avery transfer paper, select the clip-art design of your choice. Make sure you flip you image over so wording and the image will print as you see it, if you don't do this it will print in reverse. Make sure your printer is printing at the 'best' print for good color. Follow the papers instruction for your fabric, and you are good to go. Very easy and creative.
