The packaging arrived, completely smashed & items exposed (lucky they didn't fall out), but the stamp itself was not damaged & looks good. Haven't used it yet, but it looks well made & I'm excited to use it! :)

About

Creating the tools that help YOU to create.

Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop!

I love graphics, texture, and nature and try to incorporate them all into my art. My adventure into creating stamps began through my other shop, www.BlossomArts.etsy where I started out sewing handbags. I often made buttons for my bags out of polymer clay and used stamps to add texture. Having a background in science and a tendency to ask "How is that done?" I figured out how to make stamps without investing hundreds or thousands of dollars in industrial equipment.

I create all my stamps myself from start to finish. The artwork used is either created by me or is obtained from copyright free sources. Images must be cleaned up and enhanced on the computer and then the stamp is produced using a photosensitive polymer. The individual stamps are hand cut and applied to maple blocks using a special adhesive foam created for rubber stamp mounting. My hard, white maple is obtained from a local woodworker in 8 foot lengths. I cut and sand each block myself.

The photopolymer that I use is the best available. It is specially formulated to be non-tacky on the back and is designed for mounting on blocks. The material is hard and durable and will provide many years of use. I mount on hand cut maple block style mounts.

Unmounted stamps and stamps made of photopolymer designed for use with clear acrylic blocks are also available.

Try my stamps on paper, clay, polymer clay, and fabric. I love special requests and can make custom rubber stamps from your art, logos or for your wedding invitations.
