BlowfishGlassworks' Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome! All glass products you see here were hand blown in my tiny studio located in the beautiful Okanagan valley in British Columbia.

I have been working with glass for just over 4 years now. I work with Borosilicate glass. I am primarily self taught but am extremely grateful for the help and support of the online community of glass artists.

Please enjoy looking over my little store and if you have any questions or comments feel free to email me.

Payment

Payments must be made within 5 days of purchase.

Shipping

When shipping within Canada I always ship using the prepaid express post padded envelopes. They all come with $100 insurance and include a tracking number. The item usually takes 4-7 days to arrive.
When shipping outside of Canada I will use the most economical method of shipping. If you wish to have your package sent express or insured with tracking number please contact me and I will bill you the appropriate amount.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will refund you the money on the purchase price of the piece, minus shipping charges. Exchanges are gladly accepted as well!
You must contact me within 7 days of receiving the package to receive a refund or exchange.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All glass is photographed under professional lighting and therefore there maybe slight colour variances depending on your monitor settings.

I do not usually do custom orders but if you see something but would like it in different colours that shouldn't be a problem.
