PACKAGING
I try to be as eco-friendly as possible but I ship in the most economical sturdy boxes and bubble mailers. I use 100% recycled Kraft boxes with scrap paper flower “bows” or reusable organza bags.

For protection, I use 100% recycled tissue or compostable cellophane. If more padding is needed I re-use old bubble wrap.

To reduce paper, I am currently not printing out packing slips but if you need one, I am happy to include one for you, just leave me a note at checkout.



SHIPPING: I’m not responsible for shipping delays or issues beyond my control. You’ll see the same tracking updates as I do. I don’t offer refunds or replacements for shipping problems. However, postal insurance covers lost or stolen items, but you may need to provide proof or file a police report for theft, like porch piracy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Canada: it will usually take a full 10 days after my 1-2 day processing.
For other international shipping, this has been discontinued.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Your satisfaction is always guaranteed! I am confident you won’t have to return your item, but if for any reason you need to return it, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any "free shipping" promotion costs may be deducted from your refund.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated through an Etsy conversation within 14 days of USPS-confirmed delivery of your package, and the item must be placed in the mail within 30 days of receiving my response.
