Welcome to BluOwl Bottlecap Favors! If you have made it to this page then that means you really want to know my shop policies!
Each piece is unique and in some cases one of a kind. Please contact me with any questions or requests.
I would not recommend these items for kids under 3. Parents, Grandparents, Friends and Family please use caution when a child of any age is wearing any piece of jewelry.

Paypal- Instant Payment- Always accepted!

Money Orders- Mailed In- I must have the money order in hand and cashed before your item will be sent. If you choose this method I expect payments within one week of purchase date.
Shipping rates increased again on Jan. 22, 2012. I don't want to make shipping a turn off so I offer flat rate shipping on all items. I based my shipping prices on the weight of the item. You will pay the highest shipping price on your heaviest item.

Tracking is included on all items (except international) and will be sent to you via Etsy when your item has been mailed out.

*Please make sure your Etsy address is correct since this is the one your items will be mailed to!*

Insurance can be purchased for $1.50 Please tell me you want to add this before checking out.
Refunds and Exchanges

Sometimes the mail likes to take the long way around and an item is not considerd lost until after 30 days. If an items does not showed up two weeks after the shipped date please contact me. I will do my best to help find your package and wait out the remainder 30 day time period.

If an item is lost in the mail that is not my fault. I give the option for you to purchase insurance so you can be refunded in the rare chance that this happens. I have never had mail get lost *knock on wood* Without insurance there will be no refund for lost mail.

If a mistake is made on my part, I will correct the issue. All of my listings have measurements and details that you made need. If you ordered the wrong size that is not a mistake on my part. If I sent the wrong item I can send you the correct one OR I can issue a refund.
