Welcome to the BlueBirdLab Shop! Please take a moment to review my shop policies.
I accept PayPal. If I do not receive notification of payment within 24 hours, I will send you a reminder. Etsy policy is that payment is required within 3 days. If you need some extra time to send your payment please contact me.
Items can not be shipped until payment is received. When you select the e-check option in PayPal, PayPal may not credit my account for 5-7 business days and shipment of your order will be delayed while the payment is being processed.
The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duty fees.
All items will be shipped via priority air mail in a registered package unless you purchase Express shipping service.
Once shipped Express delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive worldwide. Please send me a recipients phone number if you choose this option - it is required for a courier to arrange the exact delivery time.
Please note: I will ship to your ETSY ADDRESS unless otherwise specified.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in my work and I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so please contact me if you have any questions before your purchase.
I have a 7-day return/exchange policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and we can work out a refund or exchange. For refunds, I will refund you the amount minus the shipping. The item needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was sent.
However, if your package is damaged or broken in any way, please contact me and I will replace it.
