Once Upon a Time

Hi there!

Nice to meet you!
I was always addicted to photography, graduated in Vilnius Academy of Art. But after several years working as a full time photographer I began to miss the joy of creating something with my own hands. So that is how the birth of BlueBird came.

My inspiration comes from modern Scandinavian houses, deep Lithuanian woods, bright streets of Spain, from founds in the local vintage market, from dreams awake and sleeping.

Let's joy simplicity, aesthetic and sunny life!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I take great pride in my work and I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so please contact me if you have any questions before your purchase.

Unfortunately I can accept returns form EU countries only with a 7-day return/exchange policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and we can work out. For refunds, I will refund you the amount minus the shipping. The item needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was sent.

If the package you received is damaged or broken in any way, please contact me and I will replace it.
Payment
I accept PayPal. If I do not receive notification of payment within 24 hours, I will send you a reminder. Etsy policy is that payment is required within 3 days. If you need some extra time to send your payment please contact me.

Items can not be shipped until payment is received. When you select the e-check option in PayPal, PayPal may not credit my account for 5-7 business days and shipment of your order will be delayed while the payment is being processed.

The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duty fees.
Shipping
All items will be shipped via priority air mail in a registered package unless you purchase Express shipping service.

Once shipped Express delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive worldwide. Please send me a recipients phone number if you choose this option - it is required for a courier to arrange the exact delivery time.

Please note: I will ship to your ETSY ADDRESS unless otherwise specified.
