5 out of 5 starsThese pictures far exceeded my expectations. You have captured the Blue Jay and Cardinal beautifully. I would give your shop 10 stars if I could. Thank you

5 out of 5 starsI have one very happy Nana! Cardinals have long been a family favorite. Passed from my great grandmother, to my nana, to my mom, to me. It was so fun to marshal Emma’s talents to surprise her for Mother’s Day. You can’t ever go wrong with BlueBirdWashi!

5 out of 5 starsI am so in love with Emma's work that I can't seem to stop buying it! This sweet blue-footed booby bird joins a Blue Bird Washi roseate spoonbill and a pelican on the 'wall of cool art' in my office!

5 out of 5 starsThis artist is amazing! This is my second purchase, and I could not possibly love her work any MORE! I adore the layout of the precious chickadee amongst the branches & leaves. The wood grain is beautiful and the vintage aqua frame is perfect for it…..LOVE EVERY SINGLE DETAIL!!!!

About BarredOwlArtisans
Original Washi Tape Art. Whimsical and Eclectic.
Hello. My name is Emma. I am a full time elementary teacher. I found myself doing washi tape art during the 2020 quarantine. I fell in love with the therapeutic art form. It takes me a couple weeks to finish each piece as it goes through a process. First the wood is sanded, burned, painted, and distressed. Second, I will draw and washi tape. Third, a custom frame is built. Finally, the entire piece is sealed for long term protection. Thank you for your patience. ❤
