I have always loved to make art! As a kid it was my dream to be an artist. As an illustrator & fine artist I get to fulfill that dream everyday!

I started Blue Chicken Designs in 2008. I have been doing artwork professionally for 10 + years now. I enjoy working with clients as a freelance illustrator and on my own fine art when I get the chance. I am always looking for ways to expand, promote and grow with my artwork. Personally, I enjoy time with my husband as we are foodies and enjoy cooking together. Currently, we live in Reading,Pa USA with our Maine Coon cat named Mousse.

Tara is a freelance illustrator, a fine artist, and silkscreen-printing nut. Her work tends to be cartoonish, whimsical & childlike. She received a BFA in Illustration from Columbus College of Art & Design and an MFA in Printmaking from Ohio State.
