I have worked in the retail industry for over twenty five years so I know how important customer satisfaction is. I want you to love your purchase as much as I loved finding or making it. Selling through the computer is something new to me and a bit of a challenge. I am use to talking face to face with people. So please email me if you have any questions, concerns or comments that you'd like to share with me. I try to check my computer several times a day if I'm not out "junking" for the shop.Take the time to read the shop policies, shipping information, and item descriptions so there will be no misunderstandings. Payment by PayPal or credit card is expected upon purchase.
Special / Custom orders plus shipping costs of those orders require payment up front.
I am currently set up to ship within the United States only. Dependent upon the weight, the item will be shipped either First Class, Priority Mail or Flat Rate. Insurance is not included in the predetermined shipping cost. If you would like insurance I can edit the sale to include that cost, so just ask. For all glass and fragile items insurance will be added to the cost of the item besides the shipping costs.If another way of shipping is better for you just email me and I will do my best to make it happen.
Your merchandise will be shipped within 5 days after payment is received. For special orders/custom orders shipment will be within 15 days after payment is received.
PLEASE be sure your Pay pal and Etsy address are the same, current and correct as we ship to that address unless otherwise notified. Email me if the purchase is a gift or is being sent to a different address.

I strive to write an accurate description and produce clear pictures to depict the items l have listed. Shop and Read carefully.Vintage items have all lived past lives so they may have bumps, scratches, dents, and character flaws so look at the pictures closely. Vintage is sold as is.
RETURNS: Buy carefully, no refunds or exchanges are given. So ask questions first, read the descriptions carefully and look at all the pictures. If there is a problem, please email so we can come up with a solution.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All my items are handmade and or vintage. Expect slight variances in color, finish, pattern and size. These slight variances give the item its" character" setting it apart from those "cookie cutter" items found in larger retail stores. Vintage items are sold "as is" so look at all the pictures closely.
