Do you combine shipping costs for multiple orders?
Yes. If you order more than one item from my shop at the same time, I will be happy to combine shipping packaging and costs whenever possible. Because my items are one-of-a-kind (and often fragile), it isn't always possible to package them together, but I will certainly do my best!
Do you give refunds or exchanges?
I'm very sorry, but I don't accept returns or offer exchanges UNLESS your item arrives damaged or not as described.
If that's the case, please contact me right away so that we can fix the issue. You'll need to notify me with within 7 days of receipt and let me know if you are requesting a discount or a return. It is vital that you include a photo. If you are requesting a return, a refund will be processed after I receive the returned item.
