The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Return shipping and postage are not provided. Once the item(s) has been received, the credit or exchange will be processed. Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for any credit(s) to post to card/ bank account/money app once processed.
Any item being returned after the return policy period will result in a store credit at the owners discretion.
Credits and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued on products that are returned damaged or misused.
Payment
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS: Please indicate on the money order or notation section what item(s) and color(s) you are requesting.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase. There are no cancellation or restocking fees. Please contact Blue Lillie for any additional details.
Unfortunately we are not able to hold items and there are no Layaway options.

Shipping
Custom orders may vary typical lead time is one-two weeks (7-14 business days) however, subject to change, this does not include shipping time.
Item(s) are shipped to the address associated with your ETSY account. Please be sure all of your shipping information is current and up to date.
Once an item(s) has been shipped the purchaser will be emailed a tracking number for their convenience. Item(s) may be shipped, United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other standard courier servicing your area.
