Non-personalized, non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

❌ Not Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

Personalized or customized items (including items with custom text, colors, sizing, or designs made specifically for you) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If there’s an issue with a personalized item (e.g., it arrives damaged or there’s an error on my part), please contact us right away with photos, and we will make it right.

Your item is made from PLA (polylactic acid), an eco-friendly, lightweight, and durable thermoplastic commonly used in 3D printing. With proper care, it will last for many years!

✅ DO:

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush.

Clean carefully with a slightly damp cloth if needed—avoid soaking or scrubbing.

Keep indoors or in a shaded area away from direct sunlight for long periods, as UV exposure can cause fading or warping over time.


❌ AVOID:

High heat – PLA can soften or warp if exposed to temperatures above ~55°C (131°F), so keep away from hot surfaces, heaters, or cars on hot days.

Dishwashers, microwaves, or hot water – they may deform the model.

Harsh chemicals or cleaners – these can damage the surface finish.

We love bringing your ideas to life through custom designs! That said, we do maintain standards for what we create. We are unable to produce customizations that include content which may be considered offensive, discriminatory, derogatory, or harmful in nature.

If a request falls outside of these guidelines, we’ll reach out to work with you on an alternative or offer a full refund.
