Customer Photos, Graphics & Logos
►How do I send a Photo, Graphic & Logos? ◄
Images can't be uploaded at checkout. Upload your photo(s) in ETSY Conversations by clicking the "Attach image" button below the text box.
► What size image do I send? ◄
A large image file is best. If your image is of poor quality, it will appear blurry. Photos should be UNCROPPED and PRINT READY.
► Can I use a Professional Photo\Graphic\Logo
By submitting a photo/logo/graphic to BlueMoonFlowerDesign, you agree that you are the photographer and/or creator or have permission in the form of a copyright/trademark license.
You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted/trademarked images and agree to not hold BlueMoonFlowerDesign liable.
Shipping
► Your order will be shipped by the "SHIP BY" date on your receipt. Most orders take 2-5 business days before shipment.
► Check my SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT for the most current shipping times before ordering.
► You will receive an email with a tracking number from ETSY once shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS to begin tracking.
► What if there is a problem with delivery of my order◄
BlueMoonFlowerDesign is not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Please call your local Post Office for any postal delays.
Proofs
►When will I receive my Proof◄
If your order is personalized and you elect to receive a free proof, you can expect to receive it within 24 business hours of order placement (no weekends or holidays). A proof will not be sent prior to purchase. Up to 3 proofs are allowed per order.
►Where will my Proof be sent◄
Your proof will only be sent to you through ETSY Conversations. All communication should be kept in ETSY Conversations (not email or phone) so there is a record of all messages and it can be referenced easily.
►How long do I have to respond with changes to my Proof◄
If no response to your proof is received after 2 days, your order will be made and shipped to you as designed on the first proof.
Error with your order
►There was an error on my order, can I get a replacement◄
Please double-check your selections (Colors, Font, Case Type, Spelling, Monogram details, shipping address, etc...) prior to submitting your order. I will always CENTER everything unless otherwise i
►Refunds or replacements will not be given for buyer errors. If an error by BlueMoonFlowerDesign has been made, please send a photo of the error within 24 hours of delivery via ETSY Convos. An exact item replacement will be sent if BlueMoonFlowerDesign made the error.
Cancellations
►How do I cancel my order◄
If you place an order and need to cancel, the request must be made BEFORE receiving your first proof. If no proof is requested, then the cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
Miscellaneous Questions & Answers
► Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
