Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of our products, “No returns or exchanges” is our policy, but please contact us if you have a problem with your order. Reading our reviews will help you gauge the high quality of products and services we provide.

Please note that dried botanicals are distinctly fragile and some droppage of lavender flowers during shipping is normal. We include a small organza pouch for you to collect these fragrant flower buds and enjoy them as a sachet.

In the event that an item is damaged, we require pictures be taken and sent to us. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving a product. Any replacements of damaged goods will be shipped via the original shipping method. Any expedited requests for replacements will have an additional shipping cost added.

If a non-damage return is approved, there will be a 40% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer at their own expense.

Use common sense when using natural botanicals for crafts, cooking, home remedies and decor. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or any eventual adverse effect associated with use or ingestion of dried lavender flowers or any product that contains them.

Shipping
Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated arrival time of 3 days. Items that ship via USPS ground are noted as such. Check your item listing for its specific timeframe of how fast it is processed and how soon leaves the farm. Many orders are shipped sooner than indicated.

Dried lavender bouquets are carefully packaged in tissue and a rigid shipping tube or box that prevents shifting during shipment. Once an order is ready to leave the farm, it will be assigned a tracking number, which will be emailed to you the day of shipment.

We are not responsible for courier service errors, weather delays, “acts of God”, or packages that are lost or stolen once delivered to the customer’s address. We do not include insurance, but insurance can be purchased separately upon request.

We are not responsible for packages being held at the border or any custom charges.
