Shipped on time! Love that I can adjust how much I want to make at one time. Just wish there were markers to let me know where there different sizes were. Worth the money!!

This is an absolute functioning work of art that I purchased for my sister's dog. I appreciate the craftsmanship and effort put into making this raised pet feeder. I was kept up-to-date with the progress and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I would purchase another item from BlueRidgeWoodshop again!!

Thank you for stopping by my store. All of our wood items, wood molds, raised pet feeders and tables are made to order. Vintage items are on hand and ready to ship. I hope that your visit is a good one.

If you are purchasing an a custom made item we do offer a payment plan for items $300.00 and over. The plan requires a deposit as low as $100.00 and will very depending on the amount of your purchase. Please contact us so we can set up a payment plan listing for you. A custom made item is anything that you choose size, color or special requests.

All deposits are nonrefundable regardless of the price of the item.

We will invoice you with a total amount that is due when we are ready to assemble your purchase. If that invoice is not paid within two weeks, we will consider the order canceled Please be aware of the fact that deposits are nonrefundable.
Every item in our Etsy shop will be custom made as the order comes in, most items are marked anywhere from 2-6 weeks delivery, larger items taking the longer time frame, smaller items taking less amount of time. We provide UPS or USPS tracking numbers as well as UPS and Fedex to our customers the day of shipment. We are always trying our hardest to get orders out the door by their given time frames. THANK YOU!

The customer is responsible any charges, tax, or customs charges on orders sent outside of the USA. Note that shipping charges are much higher for shipping overseas.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final! Because all wood items are made to order, "Custom Order" they are not returnable. If we made a mistake on your order we will gladly correct the problem in your order. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping to us.

All items shipped by USPS are insured for up to $50.00. Please contact your carrier, keep all packing materials and the box if the item is lost or damaged in shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

ALL SALES FINAL! ALL ITEMS ARE CUSTOM AND MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS. If you purchase your item and then decide you've changed your mind within the first 48-hours then we will refund minus a $25.00 fee for our Etsy/Paypal/Credit card fees that are charged to our account at the time of your purchase. After we have purchased the material for your purchase and the 48 hour window for refund has passed, we start cutting the material for your purchase. At that time no refunds are given!

We only accept returns on items that are shipped wrong by our mistake/wrong table received.

Damage claims need to be filed with the carrier, not us. If your item has light damage such as chipped paint, we will work with you on the problem.

We do not refund money except during the 48 hour grace period. Please make sure you are 100% positive YOU WANT THE ITEM before making the commitment to purchase.

AGAIN ALL SALES FINAL. Do NOT send items back to us until you have contacted us for approval. Any item sent back to us with out written approval will be refused and sent back to the sender. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser

PLEASE NOTE: We are a small ,piece by piece retired couple-ran business and cannot afford to simply refund because you decided the color or style of a piece doesn't match your home as well as you thought. This is our only income. We pay our living expenses with this income. PLEASE do your part in helping the small business thrive in America!
