As these are custom digital files, all sales are final. Additional custom wording or design changes cannot be made once a proof has been approved or a 3rd proof has been sent. We do want you to be happy with your purchase, and that is why a proof is sent with 2 sets of changes for every design.

We accept Paypal, and all payments must be made up front. Once the Paypal transaction has cleared, we can begin working on your design. Your first proof will be received with 2 business days of payment receipt.

All products are digital files and will be sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy.

ORDERING INFORMATION

When purchasing, please include the names and event details in the NOTES TO SELLER. If any information is missing, I will contact you at the address you have on file with Etsy.

Designs are in 5 x 7 or 7 x 5 format. If you are interested in a different size, please convo (contact) me, and I will be happy to work with you and set up a special listing for you.

Please allow 2 business days for me to format and email you your proof. If you do not receive your proof within this time, please check your spam box, and email me if your proof has not been received.

Printing is recommended as different monitors will register color differently.

Please review your proofs carefully. Once final approval is given, BlueRoseBridal is not responsible for spelling, punctuation or event errors.

Upon approval, I will send you the final high resolution print-ready PDFs.
