I adore fabric, buttons and ribbons and cannot resist buying them, even if they have not got a specific use (yet!). I love finding new combinations and placing them together in the bunting that I make.
All personalised and custom orders are posted within 21 days of payment. If you need your order quicker than this, please let me know and I will always do my very best to help if I can.
Accepted payment methods
Payment is to be received within 48 hours of purchase please. However, if for some reason it is going to take you slightly longer than this please let me know. I will only post your item to you once I have received payment.
All items will be sent using Royal Mail.
UK purchases will be sent using 1st Class mail.
INTERNATIONAL purchases will be sent by Airmail.
I am unable to track orders or know an estimated delivery date. If you would like your items faster or to be tracked, I can upgrade the postage option to include Recorded Delivery (UK purchases), Airsure® or International Signed For (Non UK purchases). Please let me know prior to purchasing if you would like one of these options so that I can adjust the postage.
I accept no responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. I always obtain a Certificate of Postage as PROOF that I have sent the item to you.
Your order will be shipped to the address you enter into PAYPAL at time of making your payment, unless you contact me with an alternative.
Please note that buyers are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
However, if you would like a refund or exchange, you first MUST contact me first before you post it to let me know your reasons. Due to the very specific nature of custom and personalised orders returns will not be accepted on these products.
If you were to return a product I STRONGLY suggest that you obtains certificate of postage as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. All postage costs will be entirely your responsibility.
