I aim to make all my buyers happy buyers. I try to answer all questions honestly and describe the items very thoroughly. If you look at my feedback you will also see that I do go that extra mile when it comes to swift postage and great packaging.
I accept Paypal payments. Echeques are ok, I don't mind waiting.
Now that I have moved to France from the UK, for sending the larger parcels I use Colissimo, the parcels section of the French Post Office to the States and all countries as it is hard to find couriers in rural France. They have proved to be most efficient. For the small packets I use La Poste, the French P.O.
I always send a refund via Paypal if the postage proves to be less than what I have quoted.
Refunds and Exchanges
I Cannot accept returned goods from outside France as the postage/shipping from the US back to France (or from other countries) is so high it makes returns totally unfeasible.
So please be sure you want the item before buying. I try to describe them accurately and advise people to zoom in if in doubt. I do not sell poor quality items.
I have had some bad experiences when I used to accept returns, which is why I don't any more. I even once had a buyer use an item for photo shoots then return it! Foolish me.
SO, I advise overseas buyers that if in the rare possibility they are unhappy with an item I cannot accept a return. I advise that they resell an item on Ebay or something similar. But rarely has anyone been unhappy.

**For All International Buyers**
Any customs or tariff charges from your country will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Please check with your Customs office if you are concerned about possible charges. Generally, my customers don't have to pay duty.
