A Passion for Quality and Design!
I LOVE quilting and creating! I am equally inspired by bold colors and prints, as well as soft and delicate colors and fabrics.
I learned how to sew and quilt from my mother when I was a little girl. About 7 years ago I started sewing handmade gifts for my friends and family. Since many of my friends where having babies, it became a "tradition" for me to make each of them a handmade baby quilt....Well, it just sort of went from there! Before I knew it, I opened my own shop and took it on as a full time endeavor!
Many people ask me what has drawn me to baby quilts and bedding. I love design, and I love the opportunity to embrace the whimsical aspects of designing a nursery! These spaces can (and should) capture the imagination of little ones. A carefully designed quilt can inspire an entire space! With this in mind, I take time to curate fabrics and sketch out designs long before the first stitch is sewn.
I not only want my quilts to inspire spaces, but I want them to capture the stories of the little ones they are for! My quilts are made with designer fabrics and are heirloom quality, ensuring they will be treasured for years to come!
