Frequently asked questions
WET SPOTS ON CANDLE
Some candles may also develop clear "wet spots" due to the colder temperatures during shipping. This will not effect the candle or scent throw. We do not issue refunds for this as this is a normal trait of ALL soy candles.
DO YOU PROVIDE PROOFS ON CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Yes! Upon request a proof will be sent via Etsy so please be sure to check your Etsy account. Blue Willow has the right to proceed with processing in the event we do not hear back from you within 24 hours after we send the proof.
ITEM HAS SHIPPED, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process orders within 1-2 business days, unless it states otherwise on that specific listing. You may make changes or cancel an order within 6hrs of placing the order. If the order has shipped, we can not make changes or cancel an order.
MISSING / DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is missing but the tracking is marked as DELIVERED, please contact USPS to file an insurance claim for a refund. Unfortunately, we can not process a refund or a replacement for "delivered" packages. www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48hrs!
Please email us a picture of the damaged item and we will happily send a replacement to you.
