📏 What size hoop/stud do I need?
Gauge Size: It is best to visit your local piercer to inquire about your size. In general, most piercers use a 18g or 20g needle for nose piercings. If your piercing has slightly closed or you wish to size down, you may be a 22g. However, this is not always the case. It is best to ask your piercer
Diameter: It is best to get sized by your piercer for an accurate fit. If you would like to measure yourself watch this instructional video on YouTube: http://bit.ly/BlueberryVelvetHoops
Please note: Our nose rings and earrings are measured from inner edge to inner edge.
Unfortunately, there is no way for us to advise you of your size based on photos.
⏱ What is the shipping time for US orders?
USPS First Class: Processing time is 2-4 business days. USPS delivery is usually 3-5 business days after packages have been processed and shipped.
USPS Priority Mail: Processing time is 2-4 business days. USPS delivery is usually 2-3 business days after packages have been processed and shipped.
USPS Priority Mail Express: Processing time is 2-4 business days. USPS delivery is usually 1-2 business days after packages have been processed and shipped.
*Please note: Purchasing USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express will expedite your package only through USPS. Normal shop processing times still apply for all USPS shipments.
**Once packages are in USPS custody, any delays in delivery are out of our control.
⏱ What is the shipping time for International orders?
International delivery is usually between 7-15 business days but can take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending on your countries customs process.
*Please note: For deliveries outside the continental United States you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes or administration fees. Customs policies vary so please contact your local customs office for further information. You are responsible for the payment of any import duties, customs charges or any charges associated with the importation of your purchase. BLUEBERRYVELVETSHOP is not responsible for payment of any of the above fees.
📏 How are your hoops measured?

⚙️ Do you offer custom and personalized orders?
Yes! We are happy to offer custom orders as long as I have the materials to make your request. This includes shaping the jewelry for a custom fit. Please message us with your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to California Health and Sanitary regulations and for your protection, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our nose jewelry, earrings and scrunchies.
We do accept exchanges on all other jewelry including necklaces and rings as long as the jewelry is in brand new condition and has not been used.
Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
📭 My order was shipped to the wrong address
If the address on your order is incorrect please contact us before the item ships so that we can correct the address. If the item has already shipped please contact USPS to request the package be re-routed to you. Once a package ships only USPS can intervene.
If your package is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the new shipping label.
📿 How do I care for my new jewelry?
In order to maintain the integrity of your items please follow the instructions on the "Jewelry Care" card included in your package. These care instructions are recommended by jewelers.
Best practices:
~ Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
~ Remove jewelry when sleeping, swimming, showering, applying cosmetics, working out etc.
~ Avoid contact with chemicals and products such as perfumes, body oils, astringents etc.
~ Never use chemical jewelry cleaners which will strip the plating and cause more harm than good.
~ For light cleaning, polish your items with a dry, lint-free cloth.
~ When not in use, store your jewelry in the Blueberry Velvet pouch included in your package.
🎁 Gift wrapping and packaging
Each order is packaged in our cute Blueberry Velvet signature box which includes a Blueberry Velvet signature pouch, Blueberry Velvet signature scrunchy and Blueberry Velvet info pamphlet. We never include a receipt or an invoice.
We also offer gift wrapping upgrades.
📦 Package returned for incorrect address/unpaid import tax
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unpaid duties/import tax (international orders only) you are responsible for all costs associated with the new shipping label. Credits, returns or exchanges are not available for packages that were sent back to us due to an incorrect address or due to unpaid import duties.
