Once your order has been shipped, it is out of my control. It is USPS's job to deliver it to you. We are experiencing huge shipping delays because USPS is having issues. Your package could be delayed for several weeks. Again, we can't do anything about it.

If you need an item delivered sooner, switch shipping options before you purchase at checkout. The lower the delivery days the more expensive shipping becomes.

USPS Priority: 4-8 days or delayed for several days.
USPS Priority Express: 2-6 days or possibly delayed for few days.

It came and went and the shop I ordered from never shipped or replied. So, I was hesitant to order again from Etsy. I am glad I did in this case.

Hi! My name is Emma Rose and I’m 17. Three years ago I picked up polymer clay and started my little business! I’ve been creating unique and cute polymer miniature food ever since!
In 2016, I learned how to create miniature food from a book about clay from my library and videos that amazing clay artists put up on Instagram. The first charms I ever created were made with air dry clay and paint. It has taken me 5 years to make almost perfect polymer clay charms. I’ve ruined so many, but I’ve also made several charms that I love and want to share with people who love miniature food as much as I do.

I do not except refunds or returns if you have had the item for more than just one day or for several weeks.
If an item arrived damaged, please send me a message with proof. You must send pictures of the packaging and item. We can determine if you want an item replaced or a refund, not including shipping cost.
Custom Order Information
Custom order prices start at $30. This is just the starting price that covers time, supplies, and shipping cost, not including what you want me to create for you.
You can request a custom order for:
A miniature cake/wedding cake replica.
Realistic food charms, jewelry, miniatures, and magnets.
Send me a message for a price quote and provide details of what you have in mind. I will then send you more info about custom orders.
You must purchase the custom listing before I get started.

You can't back out of a custom order once you've purchased the private custom order listing. I can't provide refunds or except returns.
I have the right to refuse a custom order if I am unable to create it for you.
