We are a small pottery studio located in Fletcher Vt. Our mailing address is Cambridge Vt. We hand craft all items we sell. Some pieces are created on potters wheels, others are built from slabs, some are a combination both methods.
All of our pottery dishes are dishwashers and microwaves safe, however, be mindful when placing pieces in the oven to avoid thermal shock. (Don't go from fridge to oven, avoid broiling, etc...) We use only lead-free, food-safe glazes.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

We ship the actual item that you see pictured in the photos except when the item is listed as multiple items that are available such as cereal bowls and goblets. We do our best to make sure the pottery we ship is accurately represented in our shop. However, if upon receiving our pottery, it is not what you envisioned, you may ship it back to us, at your own expense. The purchase will be refunded upon inspection of the safe return of the pottery.

Pottery that is damaged upon arrival to you will be fully refunded, pending approval of shipping insurance.

SHIPPING:

Most orders we ship in 1-3 business days. We wrap our pieces in bubble wrap and add peanuts and paper. We ship USPS Priority Mail. All pottery is shipped with insurance against damage.
