Information I Collect
To engage in a transaction with Business Analytics, you must be willing to trust Etsy and the shop with a few personal details. I require certain information that you can authorize Etsy to share with me. When you provide your name, email address, mailing address, and payment information, I will use your data to uphold a certain level of quality in the transaction process. Information regarding transactions will be stored for up to about 4 years for bookkeeping purposes. Additionally, Blueprint Analytics may hold onto your information to comply with legal and regulatory duties, handle disputes, and enforce agreements.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on several legal bases to ethically collect, use, and share your information:

+ If I sell or merge the business, I may disclose your information as part of the transaction and only to the extent permitted by law
+ I may store, use, and share your information if I believe (in good faith) it is reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to government requests or a legal process
- Enforce terms, policies, and agreements
- Investigate, address, and prevent cases of fraud and other crimes, security problems, or technical issues
- Protect the rights and property of my customers
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
Blueprint Analytics uses Google services (such as Google Sheets) to store and process limited customer data. These services are operated by Google LLC, which is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This ensures that personal data transferred to the United States receives an adequate level of protection under EU law.
Buyer’s Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which I intend to respect. Some of the following rights have a general application, but on the other hand, some of them only apply under specific conditions.
+ The right to access nd receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting the shop via email
