4 out of 5 starsInitially came crinkled with damages. Second time came crinkled but less. Okay response from business owner, but needed prompting/reminding of order and corrections once damaged item arrived. The item quality is fine but the packaging/how it is rolled for delivery is how it easily comes damaged. Overall we still used it since it was too close to our wedding and liked it but it was not quite as hoped.
