My custom image was in a format that was causing issues at the time of printing, and I was shown what the issue was so that I could fix it and re-upload an image with the correct format, which solved the issue -and I was also shown an image of how it was gonna look to see if it was what I wanted. You don't get this professional attention very often these days. Thanks so much!
