Bobbi Mac & Mini Mac Designs specializes in hand-crafted clothing, accessories, and linens for babes, toddlers, and women with an eye for detail. My goal is to create a individual pieces that make you smile when you see them. I use only the highest quality fabrics and materials to create the items you see in my store.

Returns and exchanges
All items are offered with a 100% guarantee. I want you to love the things you purchase from me. With that said, prior to shipment, I carefully inspect all items and photograph them. From the time you receive your order, you have 14 days to contact me if you discover an issue with the item that I overlooked. You'll receive a refund for the full purchase price minus shipping after I've received the item in question back in house.

Also, since I'm selling items that are meant to be used, regular wear and tear is something you should expect. After 30 days, if you believe an item is showing excessive wear or damage in comparison to use, I'm happy to work with you on an individual basis to assess and resolve your concern.
Payment
Bobbi Mac & Mini Mac Designs accepts payment via personal check, money order, or PayPal. If you're paying with a check or money order, I must receive your payment within 10 days. If you're paying via PayPal, I must receive payment with 48 hours. If I fail to receive your payment in the stated time frames, your order will be canceled. I also offer the option of paying via Google Checkout. If you prefer Google Checkout, please email me at britt [!at] bobbimac.com and I'll send you an invoice for processing payment.

In-Stock Orders
Personal Check: If you pay with a personal check, your order will ship 10 business days after the check clears the bank.
Money Order: If you pay with a money order, your order will ship within 1 business day of receipt.
PayPal: If you pay through PayPal, your order will ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
Google Checkout: If you pay through Google Checkout, your order will ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Custom Orders
If you place a custom order, I require a 50% down payment. Upon completion of the order, the remaining 50% must be paid prior to shipment. The same time frame applies for making your payment.
Shipping
I ship via UPS or USPS and insure the package up to the price of purchase. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me and we'll review other options. Please note, if you request a different shipping method, you will be responsible for the difference in shipping costs.

All items are made in a smoke- and pet-free home. Prior to shipment, all items are washed using gentle, scent-free detergent.
