5 out of 5 starsNice size for a baby to enjoy, love to see if they have some larger ones too for when mine little guy gets bigger/older. Nice and soft, good letting on the stitch work. I like that there's no stuffing just a fluffy husk to tote around, so far one of his favorite friends.

1 out of 5 starsI ordered this item on August 9th for a baby shower. The baby shower is on August 27th and according to the shipping info I will not receive it in time. I am VERY disappointed. I live in PA and this item is being made and shipped within PA which makes it even worse. Edited review…..buyer beware. I contacted the seller because I did not receive my item in time for the shower. I was then informed that it is personalized in Vietnam not PA. Had I known that I would not have purchased it. I was under the impression that it was being done in PA. Description is not accurate. Just received item today a day late for the shower and it was shipped from Kentucky NOT PA.

1 out of 5 starsI was looking forward to including this piece in a gift basket I was putting together for a new mom. This item from the seller was the last thing I had been waiting on. I delayed shipping out my gift in order to include this, however the seller did not give me any updates on my order and never shipped it out. I wish the seller had the courtesy of at least letting me know they were never going to fulfill my order after weeks waiting.

We do offer advanced customization options for event dresses and crochet toys, please contact support@chippico.com to order your own size and color ($15 will be added to your bill).
US delivery:
- Standard delivery 4-7 Business Days

Can I change the size of an item from the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 6 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer care team (within the hour) with your order number and request details included in the email. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.
What if the item I am interested in is sold out?
Our items tend to sell out very quickly and are not restocked due to all items now being 'Limited Editions'. However, please email our Customer Care team with the item/s you were interested in and we can double check our stock levels.
My order not process, what do I do?
If an error message keeps occurring in your checkout process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. We recommend contacting your bank and letting them know you are making an international purchase. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please email our Customer Care team at support@chippico.com.
Can I change or add anything to my order?
Unfortunately we can not change or add anything to your order after it has been placed. You will need to make a new order if you wish to purchase further items.
Can I change my order delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped we might be able to change the delivery address. However, please note that as our warehouse works continuously on shipping orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it.
How will my order be packaged?
We take extra care to send your item(s) securely wrapped so your order will not be damaged during the delivery process.
I have received the wrong item, what do I do?
Please contact our customer service team directly within 7 days from receiving the item, so we can solve the issue.
