About

Vegan, natural, eco-friendly items that inspire happiness.

I'm Kirsten Penaloza, a free spirit and creative mind from Mexico raised in Germany, who loves street art, and is passionate about veganism, feminism, and positivity. 7 years ago I met and married the love of my life and came to live in NYC.
18 months ago, I started to make vegan, natural, soaps and skincare products that are sustainble and eco-friendly - I have been doing this evenings and weekends while having a full time job during the week.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

I make custom soap batches, which requires between 5 to 7 weeks of preparation because of the curing process.
However, I customize existing soaps and decorate them for special occasions like wedding favors, baby shower, quince años, anniversaries, company events, etc.

How long does a soap bar last?

It depends of the size of the bar, for what and how often you use it, and how you keep it between uses.
If you use a 4oz bar twice a day for example to clean your face, it'll last you roughly 2 months. If you use it daily for the whole body and hair, it may last you about 3 weeks. If you use it a few times per day for your hands it can last you up to 4 weeks.
These are some guidelines and it's not guaranteed to last you the same amount of time as suggested here. Please read more about care instructions.

How do I care for my soap bar?

Between uses make sure to keep it in a 100% dry space. If you keep it in a shower make sure that whenever you're not using it water is not hitting it. Especially hot water can cause the sop to melt faster.
When using a soap dish, keep the water out of the dish as best as you can. Dishes with little holes to drain water are ideal.

Why does my soap bar melt so fast?

If you haven't read the care instructions, please take a look for suggestions on how to keep the soap between uses.
Also, my soaps are very efficient which means you only need just a little bit. You can use a loofah to add a bit of soap and keep the bar away from running water.
