Absolutely perfect and it shipped fast! I saw the note about the emergency but honestly I wouldn't have even noticed a delay because it got here so quickly and it is exactly what I need for my daughter who is about to have surgery and has some health issues that they are struggling to track down. She's only five and I have ADHD. So when they ask how she's been since the last appointment she freezes up and doesn't answer and I all of a sudden draw a blank.

Really great book. It's going to be very helpful in tracking medications, foods and moods!
