I ordered and paid for this product and didn't hear from the seller for more than a week. I tried several times to contact the seller about the ship date but got no response. When I finally heard from the seller I was told there was a personal matter and the seller forgot to put her shop on vacation. Instead of shipping my item at that time, the seller said she would refund me right then. I did not get notice of a refund for several days after that and still no response. I see that her shop has not been put on vacation but I wouldn't risk purchasing something from this seller until several purchases have been made and you see some good reviews.
