Both gilded prints are absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier! They arrived more quickly than I was expecting, and the little extras were delightful! I look forward to purchasing more beautiful works from this seller in the future.

As ever, a gorgeous item, beautifully packaged and with added extras. Thank you, lovely Lady of Tolkien Land. xx

I am very happy with my order! Soni was very nice and emailed me when it was shipped. My order arrived quicker than I expected, and even got some extras too! -Alaina

I live dangerously: I keep my tea next to my paint water.

I draw things; and sometimes I print the drawn things; and then I put silver paint and gold leaf on the printed things because shiny is nice; and then I put them here, in case you think they're nice too.

I'm English, I live in Portugal, and my studio looks like it escaped from Howl's Moving Castle.

Returns and exchanges
If by some staggering act of stupidity I mail the wrong item, then of course I'll replace it at my own expense. This has happened once in 11 years, it still makes me blush.

However I don't typically accept returns as I describe and photograph the works at great length so that you should know what you're buying and won't have any surprises except for good ones.
If you have any queries about the item please just ask first.
I accept payment by PayPal, if you could pay within 3 days that'd be lovely. If you'll need longer please let me know in advance.

Also please ensure your Etsy mailing address matches your Paypal mailing address.
I post things within 2 days of realising I've been paid.
If however you buy from me on a friday or at the weekend it will have to wait for the following Monday when the post office re-opens.

Everything is sent from my studio here (in Portugal) to almost anywhere in the world.

Depending on your location it could be 15 working days (or longer in the super busy holiday times), though it's usually about 7 working days or less for within Europe.

I use registered postage, so the parcel's trackable, and this automatically comes with some insurance. You'll need to sign for it when it arrives. (PO Boxes are okay as well.)
The only time I don't automatically use registered mail is when sending blank greeting cards on their own, though for $0.50 extra I can upgrade their postage to registered too, let me know if you want this.

If you want something sent express mail (2-5 days) I can mail it with EMS, but does tend to be quite expensive. If you need it, however, I can get a quote from them for you.

I always try to combine postage to keep costs as low as possible; you should only have to pay postage on the first (biggest) item, everything else of the same size (or smaller) should have FREE postage if they are sent together.
* Though this may exclude framed items or other very heavy things like rocks, elephants, family members, or Stone Henge.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm not accepting many private commissions at the moment. However if you want someone to illustrate your book of Medieval Vampire Elves in Middle-earth then we should talk. ;)

GIFTS and all that jazz:
Do you want something sent as a gift? Do you want it sent directly to that person, (with no price-tag or receipt included), gift-wrapped AND with a nice hand-written notecard with your choice of message? Convo me. ;) I have greetings cards available in the shop as well, the gift-wrapping I'll include for free (because I'm lovely).
Though bear in mind I'm in Europe, so gifts to outside the EU may take longer to arrive. Though if your recipient is in the EU as well, huzzah.
