NO DELIVERY TO DOOR
- Our parcels are sent as INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED PARCELS >> each countries' national postal service is required by international postal regulations to deliver parcels to door. In order to avoid theft, delivery needs signature. In case customer is not at home, the postman must leave a note with instructions for customer regarding how to rearrange another try for delivery OR where to pick up item in person. If the national postal service fails to deliver parcels to door, it will be held as an international parcels on hold. Please contact your local national post office to claim your parcel. Feel free to contact us if you passed the average shipping time by 2 weeks. In such cases, we file an official search claim. Getting a response may take up to 6 weeks. We are not giving refunds until an official letter has not been issued by our postal service confirming the parcel was lost.

- If you fail to pick up your parcel, it will be sent back to us. We will send you an image of the parcel upon arrival and you will be notified via Etsy convo. If you want item to be resent, you need to cover the shipping cost again. If you don't, only the full price of the product will be refunded.
READY TO SHIP ITEMS
- If the product is ready to ship, it will be shipped in 1-3 business days (or as otherwise is specified in each listing) once verification is received that your payment has been made and completed.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
- If the product is made to order, please refer to the deadline of production or contact us for confirmation. Once the product is ready, it will be shipped asap.
ONCE SHIPPED
- Your item/items will be marked as shipped, once mailed.
- You can always check the status of your order by going to your Etsy account: YOU > Purchases & Reviews.
- If you are in a hurry, for any special reason, please send us an Etsy conversation BEFORE placing your order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
- We ship to the address mentioned on your Etsy receipt. Please note that in case you ask us to change the address, we will ship to new address, BUT your shipping notification will still show you the original address - we as sellers are unable to change it in the Etsy system.
- Your shipping address must be current and correct.
- We are not responsible for parcels being sent to outdated or incorrect addresses. In such cases, postage fees for resending have to be covered by the customer.
- If your country is not on the list, use 'EVERYWHERE ELSE' option or contact us.
SHIPPING FEES/METHOD
- We ship via our National Post Office, your order will be delivered by your country’s national post office. We do not use carrier services at all.
- We use Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes and cardboard boxes.
- Shipping fees are subject to change and are always based upon Magyar Posta (Hungarian Postal Service) tariffs for priority postage.
TRACKING
- Registered shipping means that in case you are not at home during delivery, the postman will not leave your parcel on your doorstep. He will leave you a note and you will have to rearrange delivery or pick up your parcel at your local post office mentioned on the note. Please make sure you check your mailbox for this note regularly, after the average shipping time is over. Your parcel might be waiting for you at the post office. You can also ask us to check the tracker or check tracking info yourself.
- For certain countries (USA, Canada, Australia) there is no FULL tracking info where you can see where your parcel is at every stage during shipping. Countries of the European Union like Hungary, do not get this info from the certain foreign countries we ship to. We can only check when parcel left Hungary and when it enters the first sorting facility in the destination country. Most countries have full tracking.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES/FEES
- The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred on the purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
- Reserved listings are only kept active for 3 days, after which they will be removed and the item taken off hold. If you are unable to purchase your listing within the 3 day period, please contact us for an extension.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. Your data is kept for as long as Etsy holds it as required by law, we cannot change how its system works and stores customer info. We keep the registered shipping confirmation issued by the Magyar Posta upon mailing your order for 2 years.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Etsy as the legal basis for the transfer as I only sell through Etsy.com exclusively.

Do you have full tracking info to all destinations?

There are widespread airline restrictions taking place due to the coronavirus pandemic. As there are less flights flying the trade & cargo routes, customers will experience delays in receiving their orders.
What are your current production times?
Production times differ for all product types and they always apply as specified in each listing. When you check or purchase a listing, it has info on average shipping times & the exact production time. Please check these on the listing BEFORE you place order. Once ordered, through the ETSY APP, you can check the 'Purchases & Reviews' section of your profile to see how many days are left till your order ships. We are unable to rush orders in most cases.
Why does it take so long to get my nursery mobile?
We are constantly flooded with nursery mobile orders. We are sorry about the long waiting times and we work very hard to finish and ship all orders asap. We try our best to inform our customers about current production times here on Etsy and on Instagram (@bohobabyheaven); please read these info before placing an order to avoid disappointment. If you purchase a listing, it has info on average shipping times & the exact production time. If you check the 'Purchases & Reviews' section of your profile, you can always see how many days are left till your order ships. It's just me and my Mum to make these mobiles and our capacity is limited. Our mobiles are the top pinned boho baby nursery mobiles on Pinterest and this generates huge traffic.
How do I access tracking?
1. Read the email I sent you after your order shipped.
2. Via the official ETSY APP – it is the easiest way to access tracking. You can download it from the APP Store or on Android from Google Play. If the app is installed, make sure you register. Once registered, choose ‘YOU’, then tap on ‘Purchases & Reviews’ section and look for your order from BohoBabyHeaven
3. If you have the TRACKING NUMBER you can also access the Hungarian Postal Service tracking page too. Make sure you choose your preferred language on the top right hand corner. If you need assistance please contact me via Etsy convos.

What happens if I’m not at home when they try delivery?
Please make sure you check for a note from the postman in case you are not at home as delivery needs signature. In case you get a note, please follow instructions and rearrange a second or third trial for delivery as soon as possible or take the note and the tracking number and pick up the package at your local post office in person! Please note that I’m unable to rearrange delivery for you from Hungary, this is your responsibility. If you do not pick up item, it will stay on hold for several weeks until it gets shipped back to me.
What happens if I do not claim my package?
If you do not pick up item, it will stay on hold as an international package for some time (please note: duration of hold varies by country). Then it gets shipped back to me. If item is unclaimed, only the price of the product will be refunded. If you want item to be resent, you need to cover shipping cost again.

I haven't received my parcel, I'm way past my average shipping time and I haven't got a note from my postman yet.
You should contact your local post office first to see if they have your parcel. Give them the tracking number and the sender details.

What are your recommended safety guidelines?
Create a safe sleeping environment for your baby. There should only be 2 things in your baby’s crib/bassinet: a firm, tight-fitting mattress & a crib sheet.
NURSERY MOBILES, BUNTINGS: they are NOT TOYS. They're lightweight, but strings may pose a choking hazard. Take yours down or hang higher before your baby can pull herself up (usually around 5 months) and possibly get tangled up in the strings. Your baby should not be able to reach it or play with it.
DECOR ITEMS: decor pillows, soft toys, loveys, rattles can cause your baby to overheat or suffocate. Remove them while your baby sleeps.
PLAY GYM TOYS: strictly to be used under adult supervision only.
BIB: never allow baby to sleep with the bib.
