When will my purchase be delivered?

I will do my best to produce your order as quickly as possible, HOWEVER, once it has been shipped and in the hands of the mail carrier, I cannot control nor can I guarantee a "specific" delivery date in which you will receive your package. I do not offer refunds for items that don't arrive on an "expected" due date.
Can I change the ship-to address after my purchase has been made?

Use valid names and addresses. I ship to the address that is on the order form.
Orders go into production rather quickly, therefore, I cannot guarantee any address changes once the order is in production.
Once shipped address cannot be changed. Return to sender items due to a bad address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
Will my package have tracking available?

USPS has been marking some of these as 'delivered' when they arrive at your local post office and not your residence. Please be patient, often the card is delivered the next business day.

What if USPS shows my package was delivered but I haven't received it?

> I cannot be held liable for any packages marked as 'delivered'. Refunds and replacements are not granted for 'delivered' shipments. The buyer is responsible for maintaining a secure mail receptacle, should you suspect mail theft please file a report with your local post office and police. Replacement can be purchased for full price.
What do I do if my item arrived damaged?

Please contact me via the Etsy messaging system to report any issues with your order. All claims must be made within 48hrs of delivery notice. Broken/damaged reports require photos of both the product and the outer packaging showing the damage in order to receive a replacement.
