This notice describes how this shop uses personal information when you buy a digital download, send a message, or otherwise deal with me on Etsy. It does not cover Etsy the marketplace. Etsy is a separate controller of the platform, checkout, and payments. Read Etsy's Privacy Policy at https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy/

Who I am
Boltz Creations, LLC is the seller behind the Etsy shop BoltzCreationsDesign. For EU and UK data-protection law, Boltz Creations, LLC is the controller of the buyer information Etsy shares with this shop, and of anything you type in Etsy Messages to this shop.

I have not appointed a data protection officer.

For privacy requests, send an Etsy Message to this shop.

What I receive
When you order a PDF, Etsy may show me your name, email address, order contents, order ID, and a payment-method label (for example, paid with Etsy Payments). If Etsy also shows a postal or billing address on a digital order, I may see that too. If you message this shop, I see the text you send.

I do not receive your credit card number, bank account number, or other payment credentials. Etsy Payments handles checkout. See https://www.etsy.com/legal/etsy-payments

I do not run a mailing list from this shop. Buying a download is not consent to marketing.

Why I use it
I use this information to deliver the digital order, answer download questions, and handle disputes (contract). I keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation under US law that applies to this company). I use it to run the shop, follow Etsy's Seller Policy, and prevent abuse or fraud (legitimate interests in operating a lawful shop). You can object to legitimate-interests processing.

I do not use your Etsy order email for marketing unless you give express consent in a separate, clear opt-in.

Sharing
I share what I must with Etsy so the order can exist on the platform. I do not use shipping carriers. I do not sell personal information. I do not share it with advertisers. If I later use an accountant, email host, or similar tool off Etsy, that recipient will be named in an update of this notice.

I will not add you to an email list without your consent. Etsy Messages are not for unsolicited ads.

How long I keep it
I keep order records as long as needed for the download, a dispute, and tax or accounting, then I delete or de-identify them. If you ask me to delete data I hold, I will unless a legal duty or dispute requires me to keep it.

Transfers outside the EEA and UK
This shop is in the United States. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Northern Ireland, information I receive is processed in the US. I do not rely on the EU-US Privacy Shield (that framework is no longer valid). Data that stays on Etsy is transferred under Etsy's own mechanisms. See Etsy's Privacy Policy. Boltz Creations, LLC is not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights (EEA, UK, and Northern Ireland)
You can ask me for a copy of the personal information I hold, ask me to correct it, delete it, restrict it, or send it to you or another controller where portability applies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Direct marketing has an absolute opt-out. I do not market from this shop unless you opt in.

For data Etsy holds (your account, payments, and downloads on Etsy's systems), ask Etsy, not this shop. Etsy Help: https://www.etsy.com/help

You can complain to a data protection authority where you live, where you work, or where you think something went wrong. In the UK, including Northern Ireland, that is the Information Commissioner's Office: https://ico.org.uk

Children
This shop is not directed at children. Etsy requires account owners to be 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If that happens, I will delete what I hold.

Cookies
I do not set cookies on Etsy. Cookies and similar tools on etsy.com are Etsy's. See https://www.etsy.com/legal/cookies/
FirstStepToAdventure.com and boltzcreations.com are separate sites. They are not covered by this shop notice.

Security
Etsy hosts listings, Messages, and instant downloads. I use reasonable care with any order details I see on my own devices. No internet system is fully secure.

Changes
When this notice changes, Etsy stamps the shop policies with a new date. A copy of the policies as they stood at purchase is included in your receipt. Browsing the shop is not consent to a new policy.
