I make custom designed handmade leather crafted goods. I am a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and I make a lot of Big Book Covers for my friends & acquaintances in AA.

I also make belts, wallets, checkbook holders, Bible covers and just about anything else that needs the beauty and protection of a custom fitted leather cover.

I take pride in what I do, and I make all projects with the Respect and Love that each person buying from me deserves.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
You the buyer can return merchandise within 7-10 (business) days from time of delivery to you. However, you must communicate to me the reason for the return and hopefully I can or will either rectify your concerns for you or if not, you will receive a full refund minus any materials cost (and I may charge you for shipping depending on the reason for the return).

For custom orders (projects with specially requested designs, names, dates, specific messages that have will be permanently cut into the leather) you may change your order or even cancel (with a 24-48 hour grace period or up until I begin actually begin working on your custom order). However, if you do cancel or change your order after I have begun the cutting & or tooling the project I will charge/deduct the actual cost of the leather or other materials I may have had to use up to that point.
Payment
All purchases are paid for in advance, including shipping and handling. If you live or I am shipping to California then applicable Ca. State income tax will be automatically applied (this it is automatic).

Cancellations of custom orders are acceptable within a 24-48 hour (grace period) widow from the time payment has been received from you for a full refund. OR...up until I begin cutting/tooling your project.
Shipping
I am charging a $9.00 (approximate) for shipping the AA Big Book single book covers ($14-17 for the double book covers WITH books also approximate) anywhere in the US and will send out all items USPS 'Priority Mail' (usually a 2-3 day delivery). Additionally I charge $2.50 handling fee for each item shipped that contains books or book covers.

Orders WITH books will ship out at cost, to be determined on a case by case basis (this is usually based on whether the books are hardcover or large print versions of the AA books).

Other goods shipping prices varies & is based on approximate weight in the Priority mail class or to be determined on a case by case basis

With any order within the US, should you want to pay less & ship 'ground' or 1st class delivery that is fine as well...just let me know.

I will send out all items either in a box or envelope w/bubble wrap to ensure it's safety & protection as it travels through the USPS.

Also, included in the shipping price will be insurance to cover the purchase of your item & "signature" required upon delivery.

I do not do "rush" orders as I make each item in the order in which I receive payment confirmation.

Overnight charges will apply if requested/needed.

Most orders shipped outside the U.S will sent by US Ground (7-10 days normally) and the cost will be determined by the size of the package and obviously where it is going. I will give you a quote, however it may take me a day or two to get back to you with it.

If the item is available in stock on hand as a ready-made item will ship out to you within 2-3 business days of your purchase.

Custom orders will be handmade and shipped within 4-6 weeks of your order and shipped to you. Email me to ask how many orders are currently in or how long your order might take to be completed (ALL delivery time estimates are approximate, although I will keep you up-to-date on on all "time" changes).

I will not guarantee to return pictures or artwork provided to me by you, so make sure you are sending me only a copy of whatever it is you are sending for your project.

If you are providing me with a book(s) or other items that are to be used within the making and completing the project I am creating then of course those will be retur ned with the completed project.
