Thank you for visiting Bonboncita. Below you will find answers to some of the most common inquiries. If you do not find the information you are looking for, please do not hesitate to convo.

Bonboncita accepts Paypal or credit/debit card payment via direct checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. :)
** Please note that all Florida orders will include sales tax. **
- All items are made to order and will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days of purchase. Some exceptions to this rule may be made for large purchases (over 5 items), but the buyer will be given prior notice. Items are shipped in the order in which the purchase was received.
- Please make sure that your Etsy address is correct and up-to-date.
- All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery Confirmation (via tracking number) is added to every domestic (U.S.) shipment. The tracking number can be found in the Paypal shipment notification that you receive upon shipment of the item.
- The arrival time of shipped items will vary depending on your location. Using the provided tracking information for domestic orders will give you the most recent information on the location of your item. International orders can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to be received.
- International orders do not come with tracking or insurance unless you request it. Please convo us before purchasing to request an upgrade. The best way to insure an international order is via Express International Shipping. This usually runs about $25, but might be worth it for an order of 3 items or more. Please convo me before purchasing so we can apply this shipping to your listing or create a custom listing for you.
- Again, if you need to upgrade to Priority shipping (3-5 days in the US) please convo us before purchasing so we can apply that shipping rate to your listing ($6 for the 1st item).
- If you would like shipping insurance, please contact me before you complete your purchase!
- Bonboncita does not collect any customs fees when sending packages. All customs fees or import duties are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. All items will be marked as a gift. Please contact me with any questions.
Refunds and Exchanges
- I do not generally issue refunds unless an error was made on our part, or the item varies significantly from the listing.
- Items can be exchanged for an item of equal value, minus the cost of shipping and handling, as long as they are returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 1 week of your receipt of the item.
Please make sure to read the listing carefully before purchasing.
Items that are custom in any way (chain, design, charms) are considered final sale.
