Sizing details
All photos in the listings are taken by me.
As our product t is hand-carved, some small details and sizes can differ from the images in the photo.
Please note that the actual colors may vary slightly due to the fact that every monitor has a different capability to display colors.

As our products are hand-carved from moose antlers/bone, I still recommend not to use the product while showering, swimming, etc.
I also want to draw your attention to the fact that some products in our store are painted. Therefore, over time, the paint may wear off.
Try not to rub the product and do not use alcohol solutions for its care.
Delivery is very long
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays due to customs or delays caused by shipping companies, bad weather, postal strikes, etc. These things are outside of our control. If, however, you think there is a problem with your package, do not hesitate to contact us.
Also bear in mind that at busy times of the year, packages will take longer to be delivered.
If your Package is Lost
I am not responsible for the work of the post office, and in case of loss of the parcel, I apply for its search, and only after recognizing it as lost and receiving a refund, I return the money to the client.
Please note that the overseas packages are not deemed to be 'lost' until after 12 weeks.
If your item has not been received within this time frame please contact us, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
