Accepted payment methods

Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment but I am open to discussing other options with you if necessary. Your payment is expected within 2 days of purchase. If payment is not received within 2 days (and other arrangements have not been agreed upon) the item will be re-listed. Your item will ship within 2 business days of payment being received. Custom order ship times vary and will be discussed when order is placed.
Shipping
I ship USPS priority mail to the USA. If you would like a different form of delivery or you would like international shipping, please contact me for pricing. I suggest and encourage shipping insurance. I cannot be responsible for a package once it is with the United States Postal Service. Please convo me prior to making payment, if you want to add shipping insurance to your package so I can adjust the shipping price to include it.
Refunds and Exchanges
No Refunds or Exchanges on custom orders.

Sales are also final on all FINAL SALE items.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, I can ONLY accept returns on items that have obvious defects or damages. I will not accept returns due to "Not liking the product after receipt." I do not offer exchanges. All items are handmade by me with considerable time and effort. They are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Please look over the item and description carefully before purchasing. Customer satisfaction is very important to me, but as stated above, I will only refund visibly obvious defective product. If you have questions about an item, please ask them before purchasing.

If you receive an item with obvious damage or defects, please contact me immediately. Items accepted for return are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. This is to cover Etsy's commission and PayPal fees. You are responsible for return shipping costs and they are not refundable. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt or a refund will not be issued. The item must be accompanied with your invoice and a note explaining your reason for return.

Nothing makes me happier than hearing from a satisfied customer. I love positive feedback and would love for you to share it with me. However, if there is anything wrong with your product or you are unsatisfied, please contact me directly before leaving negative feedback.

Feedback is important and negative feedback is even more important than positive, as negative feedback can be very detrimental to a shop. Your satisfaction is very important to me so I will do my very best to address any concerns or issues you may have. Hopefully we will come to an agreement that is acceptable for the both of us.
