Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Please read through the description carefully. Items are sent in boxes and bubble wrapped to avoid damage.
Payment
1. For International Transactions, payments can be made via Paypal or Western Union.

2. For Local transactions (within the Philippines), you may deposit through any BPI Branch.

Please send me a message and I will give you the bank deposit details.
Allow 2-3 banking days for payment to clear before I send your item.
Shipping
1. International Buyers

Items are sent via XEND Regular Post (7-15 days to arrive). If you wish for another courier please contact me. Please send your exact address so I can let you know the exact shipping cost.

2. For local buyers, items will be sent via XEND.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE SHOULDERED BY THE BUYER
ONCE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, the item becomes the responsibility of the courier. Bonne will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item while in transit. I will, however, gladly help you contact the courier in case there is any trouble with your package. Just send me a message :)

I do accept orders, but since all the items are handmade, I cannot reproduce an exact item. Send me a message for special orders.
