Payment: We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa.

Sales Tax: Retail orders shipping to addresses within California will automatically be charged 9.75% sales tax.
Order Processing: Orders generally ship within three (3) business days after the order is placed except for pre-orders.

Booby Trap ships all packages (whether domestic or international) via USPS, which provides reliable delivery and package tracking information for all shipments. Delivery addresses within the United States ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL; International orders via USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL. Shipping rates are calculated and added to your total at the time that your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, we will email your USPS tracking number for your reference.

Delivery Issues: In the case of shortages, damage or other issues related to the delivery of your order, you must make any claims within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise. You may contact Booby Trap sales, cinthia [!at] to begin your claim. Booby Trap will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs Requirements For International Orders: International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes assessed by their country’s customs agencies. We will provide a commercial invoice with all international shipments that represents the full value of the inventory purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot mark international shipments as “gifts”. Booby Trap will not accept returns resulting from an international customer’s refusal to pay their customs duties, so please be sure you’re aware of your country’s requirements before placing your order. European customers may also purchase Booby Trap goods.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: With the exception of defective or damaged merchandise (as described below), all sales are final. Booby Trap will not accept returns on non-defective merchandise and cannot issue refunds, credits or exchanges. Should your product have a significant manufacturing defect, missing parts or contain broken pieces, we will either replace it or issue a refund to you. This decision is solely at the discretion of Booby Trap.

How To Make A Return: If your item is damaged, you must contact us within five (5) days of receipt of the merchandise. Contact us at 1.213.663.9703, or via email, sales [!at] and let us know what the issue is. Our sales staff will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and will provide further instructions to process your return. Please don’t return your item without an RAN – unauthorized returns will be subject to an automatic restock fee of 35% of the sale value of the inventory returned. Shipping fees will only be credited toward your account if the merchandise is defective.
