Hello, and thank you for popping by my shop! My prints are very personal to me and I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do.
I accept Paypal or bank deposit (for Australian customers).
If you wish to purchase using a credit card, you may do so via Paypal without having a Paypal account. If you need assistance with this process, please contact me and I will be happy to guide you.
I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase. Transactions will be cancelled after three days of non-payment. Should you have any problems with the payment process, please contact me.
I reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.
I ship via Australia Post using the least expensive method possible and within three days of payment. I make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly.
International buyers are welcome! Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Please permit at least two weeks for delivery. Overseas customers please permit 2-3 weeks.
Please ensure that your address submitted during checkout matches your Paypal address. You may add alternate addresses to your Paypal account - if you need assistance with this, please contact me. If your Paypal shipping address and Etsy shipping address do not match, I will not ship the item until you have confirmed the correct address. I want your item to get to you!
Registered post is recommended, especially for items over $50. Please contact me if you wish to purchase insurance on any item and I will send you a revised invoice. I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to describe my prints as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me.
I do not accept returns of prints, as they are clearly shown in my store. Note that the charm of lomography means that blurring and light leaks are part of the effect.
I will consider exchanges, but I cannot accept bent, creased, or otherwise damaged prints. Exchanges are at the expense of the customer.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and I am always eager to answer any question or concerns.

My listed items are available in a number of custom sizes. If you would like a size that I haven't listed, please contact me and we'll see what we can do. I also offer framing in a variety of materials. Again, if you would like to purchase a framed print, contact me and we'll discuss the best types of frames, the framing cost, and the revised postage cost.
