•SHIPPING & TRACKING INFO•

Stickers ship for FREE in the US via USPS Letter Mail. All shipping is purchased directly through Etsy, but the tracking is limited and does not always update like regular package tracking numbers. Letter Mail tracking can only be viewed directly on Etsy in your order information, or on the Pitney Bowes website. Orders may also show as “pre-transit” even after they’ve been delivered, so don’t panic if you see that status! The tracing system is a little wonky, but I promise once you get the shipping notification regarding your order, that it is on it’s way to you. With that being said, once orders are dropped off at the post office, I see the same tracking information on my end as you do.

International Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the packaging size. At this time, free international shipping is not currently available.

Military & US Territories - Any sticker orders headed to Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US Territories including APO, FPO, DPO addresses, ship via an US Forever Stamp and no tracking will be available UNLESS upgraded shipping is purchased at checkout.

Orders are dropped off at the post office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays) and upgraded shipping WITH tracking is available during checkout. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Once shipped, delivery times are in the hands of USPS. Most US orders arrive within 3 -5 business days, but times may vary. However orders, some may take up to 10 business days from the ship date, to arrive if USPS is experiencing delays. If it has been longer than 10 business days since the expected delivery date, please reach out.

I do my best to make sure my customers are satisfied, so if you have any questions or concerns with your order, please reach out!
